01. How to request account and data deletion
The current app does not provide self-serve account deletion, so deletion requests are handled through verified support requests.
- Email support@pixsprint.app from the email address associated with your Pixsprint account.
- Use the subject line: Pixsprint account deletion request.
- Include your Pixsprint username or public profile URL if available.
- Complete any verification steps we reasonably request to protect your account.
02. Disconnect Instagram
You can disconnect Instagram from your Pixsprint integration settings when the integration is connected. Disconnecting Instagram deletes Pixsprint's local Instagram account record, encrypted access token, mirrored avatar, and related integration data that Pixsprint no longer needs to provide the integration.
Instagram/Meta may also require you to remove Pixsprint access from Instagram or Meta account settings. Pixsprint cannot guarantee provider-side revocation outside Pixsprint's systems.

03. What deletion covers
- Public creator profile visibility and published public pages controlled by your account. After account deletion is verified, Pixsprint aims to remove your public creator profile from visibility promptly.
- Account profile data, uploaded creator content, saved AI outputs, optional location data, image metadata, and integration tokens in Pixsprint production systems.
- Instagram-related data that Pixsprint no longer needs after disconnect or account deletion.
- Analytics and usage records where deletion or anonymization is technically and legally appropriate.
04. What may be retained
Pixsprint may retain limited information where necessary for legal, billing, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, support, compliance, or enforcement purposes. Cancellation of a subscription does not delete your account or content.
05. Deletion timeframe
After verifying your request, Pixsprint aims to remove or anonymize covered account data from production systems within 30 days unless limited retention is needed. Backup copies are deleted on their normal rotation, usually within 90 days.
