Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using Pixsprint creator profiles, galleries, media kits, subscriptions, AI features, and integrations.

Publication notice

These draft Terms are provided for product launch readiness and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.

01. Introduction and acceptance

Pixsprint provides creator-facing software for photographers, influencers, and similar creators to upload media, build galleries and media kits, publish public or client-facing profiles, manage leads, and use related analytics, billing, AI, and integration features.

By creating an account, using Pixsprint, publishing a profile or media kit, purchasing a subscription, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Pixsprint for an organization, agency, team, or client in the future, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

02. Eligibility

Pixsprint is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create accounts. If you purchase a subscription, publish client-facing creator pages, or use Pixsprint for commercial work, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.

03. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials and connected accounts.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts when needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal risk, or violations of these Terms.

04. The service

Pixsprint lets creators upload photos and other media, create galleries and media kits, publish public creator profiles, share client-facing pages, collect leads, manage packages and calls to action, and view analytics about public gallery activity.

Features may change over time. Some features, including premium AI features, billing, authentication, email delivery, storage, maps, and Instagram/Meta integrations, depend on third-party providers.

We may offer business, agency, team, or white-label features in the future. Additional terms may apply to those features.

05. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Pixsprint currently offers Free, Editorial, and Studio plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select unless canceled before renewal. Prices, included limits, storage, publishing limits, AI usage limits, and features may vary by plan and may change for future billing periods.

Billing is processed by Stripe. Pixsprint stores billing identifiers, subscription status, invoice and transaction metadata, and limited payment method details such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date when available. Pixsprint does not store full payment card numbers.

The current app does not promise a free trial. If a trial or promotion is offered later, the specific offer terms will control.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing or account settings flow we make available. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account, public profile, uploaded media, saved AI outputs, or other content. Account deletion is handled separately.

Refunds are not automatic unless required by law or expressly agreed by Pixsprint. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and payment provider rules may affect the final amount charged or refunded.

06. User content ownership

You keep ownership of your content, including uploaded photos, captions, gallery content, profile information, selected images, packages, client-facing copy, and saved AI outputs.

You give Pixsprint a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, resize, optimize, analyze, and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This includes displaying content you choose to publish on your creator profile, galleries, media kits, shared links, and client-facing pages, and processing selected content for AI-powered features you request.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, analyze, and share your content through Pixsprint.

07. Public profiles and client visibility

You control what you publish, subject to available product settings. Depending on your settings, public visitors or invited clients may see your username, display name, profile photo, bio, social links, published galleries, media kits, selected photos, captions, package information, calls to action, Instagram-related metrics, selected target brand or location details, and other fields you publish.

Public pages and shared links may be indexed, saved, copied, screenshotted, or reshared by visitors. Password protection and private share links reduce access but cannot guarantee that a recipient will keep content confidential.

08. AI feature terms

AI features may process uploaded photos, selected images, profile details, gallery text, Instagram metrics, and related context to generate image descriptions, tags, search support, marketing copy, content ideas, photo recommendations, or similar suggestions.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may not be accurate, complete, unique, safe, unbiased, or suitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.

Pixsprint does not use your photos, profile content, or AI prompts to train Pixsprint-owned AI models. As currently configured, Pixsprint does not opt in to third-party model training using your OpenAI API inputs or outputs. If this changes, we will update the Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by law.

  • Do not use AI features for impersonation, deception, fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, copyright infringement, or other prohibited activity.
  • AI features do not provide professional advice and do not guarantee income, revenue, engagement, bookings, ranking, client conversion, or that any selected photo is objectively the best photo.

09. Acceptable use and content rules

  • Do not use Pixsprint for illegal activity, fraud, scams, spam, phishing, malware, or security abuse.
  • Do not upload, publish, or generate harassment, threats, hate content, targeted abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • The current Pixsprint service prohibits explicit adult sexual content.
  • Do not upload or publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, interfere with security, misuse integrations, create fake identities, impersonate others, or upload sensitive personal data of others without permission.

10. Content moderation and enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, disable, or refuse to publish content or accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or platform risk, or harm Pixsprint, users, visitors, integrations, or third parties. Review may be automated or manual.

EU users may have additional content moderation transparency or appeal rights where legally required. Pixsprint should reassess Digital Services Act obligations before materially expanding public hosting, discovery, or moderation features.

If you believe enforcement was a mistake, contact us at support@pixsprint.app.

11. Third-party services and integrations

Pixsprint uses third-party services including Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, OpenAI for AI features, Google Cloud Platform for hosting and storage, MongoDB Atlas for database services, Resend for email, Google Maps/Places for place search, and Instagram/Meta for creator integrations.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. You must comply with applicable Google, Instagram/Meta, Stripe, and other provider terms when using related features.

Google Maps and Places features are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. Instagram/Meta integrations may stop working if Meta changes permissions, APIs, platform rules, or account access.

12. Intellectual property

Pixsprint and its licensors own the service, software, branding, product design, templates, documentation, and non-user content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pixsprint intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit Pixsprint except as allowed by these Terms. If you provide feedback or suggestions, Pixsprint may use them without restriction or compensation.

13. Privacy and deletion references

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information. Our Cookie and Tracking Policy explains cookies, local storage, analytics identifiers, and consent choices. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request account and data deletion and how to disconnect Instagram.

14. Service availability, disclaimers, and liability

Pixsprint is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, revenue, engagement, bookings, or performance improvements.

Maintenance, outages, provider failures, beta features, API changes, security events, and feature changes may affect availability or functionality.

To the extent allowed by law, Pixsprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Any liability cap, governing-law clause, or dispute process must be reviewed by counsel before final publication and does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pixsprint harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of integrations, or your violation of another person's rights.

16. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription through the billing flow we make available. You may request account deletion separately using the Data Deletion Instructions.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security concerns, or provider/platform requirements. Deletion and retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

17. Governing law and disputes

The final governing law, venue, and dispute terms should be supplied or approved by counsel. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer protections or privacy rights that apply where you live.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms where legally valid.
